Information you share

Kelly Jennings Global collects the information you submit when requesting a speaking engagement, applying to the Council or private prayer group, creating an account, making a purchase, or subscribing to the mailing list. Depending on your request, this includes your name, contact details, event or ministry information, and written answers.

Prayer and Council answers may reveal religious beliefs or other sensitive personal information. Share only what you are comfortable providing for review; do not include private information about other people, payment-card details, passwords or prayer-line access details.

Why it is used

Request and application details are used to review your request and contact you about next steps. Account and purchase information is used to manage membership, approval, billing and purchased downloads. Applications are not public, and submitting a request does not subscribe you to marketing.

Services involved

Lovable Cloud supports site hosting, accounts and private records. Stripe processes payments and applicable billing or shipping details. Google or Lovable handles sign-in when you choose that provider. Mailchimp handles mailing-list subscriptions and confirmations. These services process information needed to provide their services under their own privacy terms.

If you use the Café’s AI prompts, your writing topic is sent through Lovable’s AI service to a model provider. Do not include confidential, identifying or sensitive information in a topic. The site requests that generated responses are not stored by the model provider; this is not a promise that every service keeps no operational records.

Mailing-list choices

Choosing Subscribe requests emails about writings, Café updates, courses and events. New subscribers are asked to confirm through Mailchimp. You can unsubscribe using the link in those emails. Membership and request handling are separate from optional marketing.

Cookies and browser storage

Account sign-in and payment services use necessary cookies or browser storage to maintain sessions and complete payments. No advertising or analytics tracking has been added in the site’s application code. Third-party services may maintain their own security and operational records. External shops, social links and other websites have their own privacy practices.

Access, retention and requests

Private applications are restricted to authorized review; paid files are delivered through temporary links after payment verification. No system can guarantee absolute security. The site does not currently automate deletion of application or purchase records; legal, accounting and service requirements may affect what can be removed.

For questions or requests to access, correct or delete information you submitted, contact info@theglorystorehouse.com. Include enough information to identify your request, but do not send passwords or payment-card numbers. Identity verification may be needed before private information can be released or changed.
